Funding, Readiness and Commercial Advisory for UK Engineering

The Services Offered by Routefit Advisory

Funding Stream Fit

Find the UK funding route that fits your project before you commit months to the wrong one.

Funding Stream Fit is a working session of 60 to 90 minutes with the project lead, followed by a written recommendation within three working days. It identifies which UK funding routes match your technology, your stage of development and your timeline, and where the gaps are against each.

Business Development Support

Commercial support to take your technology from prototype or research project to paying customers.

Business Development Support gives engineering, manufacturing and automotive companies, spin-outs and research teams the commercial focus they lack in-house. It helps you identify who the first customers and partners are, test whether there is demand, and shape the proposition to approach them. It is delivered as a four to six week sprint with agreed deliverables, or as a set number of days a month, and it is scoped on a call before anything is agreed.

Readiness Review

Test your project against the competition you intend to enter, while there is still time to close the gaps.

A Readiness Review is a structured assessment of your project against the requirements of your chosen funding competition. It begins with a kickoff session and ends with a written report and a 60 minute debrief, delivered within three weeks of kickoff.
